Apesar do apartamento ter os tectos inclinados é confortável e com um bom pé-direito. Tem um quarto com uma cama de casal, uma casa de banho, uma kitchenette e uma sala que dá sobre o terraço. O terraço tem uma mesas de refeições e um sofá. No piso inferior, junto à entrada, tem uma área de trabalho.
