Beautiful, bright and graceful, it is located on the 10th floor of a building in the residential of Madonna Alta. Equipped with a double bedroom and a kitchen with a sofa bed, it allows the accommodation of individuals or small groups of up to 4 people. The bathroom is clean and comfortable as well as equipped with a washing machine. You can walk there from the station which is about 7 min. away on foot. It is also just a few meters from the metro that will take you comfortably to the center

Not just an apartment, this is a home. Sometimes it's our home, and when we're away we want it to be just like a home for you. Appartamento ristrutturato integralmente nel 2020; 60 mq con ingresso, cucina abitabile, soggiorno con divano letto per due persone, bagno con cabina doccia, camera matrimoniale, tre terrazzi. Al quarto piano, luminoso, arioso, bella vista, in zona perfetta per la visita dell'acropoli (stazione minimetrò a 200 mt) e delle altre cittadine umbre (2 minuti di auto dal raccordo autostradale, 250 MT dalla stazione ferroviaria). E’ luminoso, silenzioso, in condominio signorile; e' composto da 4 vani e due bagni. Due bellissimi terrazzi si affacciano nella valle di Assisi. E’ esterno alla zona a traffico limitato. E pertanto e’ possibile scaricare i bagagli davanti all’ingresso con l’auto . Con Parcheggio libero o a pagamento frontestrada.
