Beautiful 17th-century renovated house, spanning 3 floors with over 100m². Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

Close to train station and bus stop, €1, yellow train. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails. 2 beds 140 x 190 and one bed 90 x 190, pillows and duvets, dish towels provided. Linens are not provided (sheets, bath towels)

It has 2 bedrooms, Full bathroom, Kitchen equipped with everything you need (includes Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, etc. except for the oven that is not available for use). Washer, Dryer, Microwave, TV, Wifi, and assigned parking space in the basement of the building (parking space for a medium/small car).
