The mysterious Santa Cruz neighborhood, the Cathedral and its Giralda, the Alcázar gardens, the famous and renowned churches of Seville, all this and more await you just a few minutes walk from our apartment. The Puerta de Jerez metro station is just a ten-minute walk away, the Santa Justa train station is just twenty minutes away, and there are several private parking lots just a five-minute walk from the apartment Our building consists of both private and tourist apartments. We ask you to be considerate of the other neighbors' peace, so we inform you that it is totally forbidden to have parties in the building and in the apartment. Magnificent ground floor duplex located in the Santa Cruz neighborhood, in an unparalleled environment and a four-minute walk from the Giralda. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an equipped kitchen. It has everything you need to make your visit to Seville an unforgettable experience. Its location in a historic neighborhood with narrow streets means there is little light and humidity in the environment. This is normal considering that it is located in a neighborhood built in the Middle Ages.

Modern, refurbished, high specs apartment on a central quiet part of beautiful Seville. 10 min walk to all the monuments, 5 min away from main bus station. Beautiful open plan kitchen, loads of light with a king size bed bedroom with balcony to main street. There is also gorgeous living room with balcony too with a sofa bed in case you are more than 2. Both rooms have AC a must in Seville from spring to autumn. Great for a short visit or for a long one, great value for money.
