Peaceful location , very bright , sunny apartment with a view of nature ! Ideal for a guest or for 2 guests with 1 - 2 children . Street parking or by appointment in front of the garage entrance. Highway connection very close . Tram/bus and taxi rank in 2 minutes walking distance with which you can drive within 10 minutes to the center .Supermarket ,restaurant, cinema ,Mc Donalds , pub, pastry shop, children's adventure world, close walking distance, airport and train station 10 minutes.

A cozy cottage a little away from our farm invites you to linger and relax at over 1100m above sea level. The house is situated in a sunny location, with views of the wonderful nature. It is only 5 km from the A2 in Modriach, in the beautiful West Styria. Absolutely no noise from cars or anything else. There are currently great tobogganing opportunities! Shopping facilities are available in the town of Edelschrott, 15 km away, or in the town of Hirschegg.

It is located in Edelschrott, Styria, Austria in the middle of a forest on a clearing. 4 hectares of meadows and forests all round belong to the house and can be used freely. Full day, no matter what season. Absolutely no noise from cars, construction sites or anything else. Wifi !!

Wir freuen uns euch in unserer frisch renovierten und mit ganz viel Liebe hergerichteten Wohnung im zweiten Stock eines wunderschönen Altbaus am Rande des Grazer Stadtparks willkommen zu heißen. Unsere Wohnung besteht aus einem großen Schlafzimmer, geräumigen Wohnzimmer, Küche, Bad und getrenntem WC. Vom Wohnzimmer aus sieht man in den Rosengarten des Cafés mit dem besten Frühstück der Stadt.

Feel good with plenty of space, on the edge of the forest with distant views and hiking trails Fellnasen welcome, the property is fenced Pet friendly, can also be seen in some places at the house :) our Aussie dog is lively...not in the house when guests are there Sunny, large garden. Ideally suited for nature lovers and athletes. The forest and mountains can be explored directly from the property. The beautiful Packer reservoir is only 5 minutes away by car. Free Wi-Fi and parking space available. Dogs are welcome in our apartment. An additional final cleaning fee of €25 will be charged.
