Schnifis has a small grocery store, tennis, soccer, beach volleyball and children's playground and a natural lake. In just 30 minutes by car you can reach the ski resorts in the Great Walser Valley, Damüls, Brandnertal, Montafon or Laterns. Day trips to Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Lake Constance are possible.

Das örtliche Einkaufszentrum sowie Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Apotheke, Bäcker, Fitnessstudio sind fußläufig erreichbar. Der Bahnhof Bludenz ist ebenfalls zu Fuß in weniger als 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Bus (welcher vor der Haustüre abfährt) bringt dich innerhalb kürzester Zeit zum nächsten Skilift.

The hut is located at 1200 meters above sea level, in the Groß Walsertal, in Austria surrounded by hay meadows, in a fantastically beautiful secluded location. Whether hiking, biking, swimming, mountain tours, alpine hikes or skiing, all this and much more is possible in the immediate vicinity. A dream place to relax, feel good and recharge... In Raggal, the holiday home Knusperhäuschen Höfen-Hüsle offers a wonderful panoramic view over the valley, with its picturesque villages, to the Swiss mountains. The holiday home is a listed building, as it is already 350 years old. In 2009 it was partially renovated. The 2-storey holiday home consists of a living room with a pellet stove, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 7 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi as well as a TV.

Im selben Haus gibt es noch eine weitere, komplett getrennte Wohnung, die ebenfalls gemietet werden kann. Die Wohnung selbst ist von außen schlecht einsehbar. Due to the location, our house is an ideal starting point for skiing (20 min drive to the Brandnertal, 25 min to the Montafon (Golm/Vandans) ATTENTION: traffic jam, longer journey on weekends/holidays), for hiking and mountain biking. By train/car you are in 10 minutes in Feldkirch and Bludenz.

You will stay cozily and authentically on 24 square meters in our "Bauernstüble." In the living room, there is a dining area, a wardrobe, sofa and satellite TV. A staircase leads to the sleeping area with a 140 × 200 cm mattress. Adjacent to the entrance area is a small but fully equipped kitchen. A modern bathroom with underfloor heating and daylight completes the apartment. A washing machine + dryer can be used for €4 per load.
