This is a traditional 200 years old Cycladic architecture house situated 12 km from naxos town- a key position because you are away from noisy town, very close to the most beautifull beaches and the mountainous picturesque villages. The temple of Demeter is only a five minute drive by car. Living in this house made out of 60 centimeters stone walls and wooden beams on the roofs ceilings is a unique experience! There is no real need for airconditioning, some guests may need it so there are two air condition units plus three fans. There is a bakery and mini market in the village plus a well known taverna. The village is very lively in the months of July and August. There are traditional music and dancing festivals in Sagri and all around the island. Nearest beaches are:Plaka beach 6.3km, Kastraki 7.8km, Mikri Vigla 9.6km, Alyko 11km and Agiasos 12km.

Melatio Countryside is a lovely, peaceful house right next to Naxos town, about 7 minutes driving. It is located inside a biger farm and offers amazing view. It is suitable for 1 up to 3 people. There is one bedroom, one kitchen-living room and one bathroom. There is also a large space outside and a table for you to relax! Our Venetian ancestor Michel Sanudo married into our family in the year 1615, giving the house its current form, with the balcony doors overlooking a valley with ancient olive groves . I inherited this house from my father who grew up there and it has a huge emotional value for me and my family.
