Cozy 50m2 loft with 2 bedrooms and living room with fireplace and modern kitchen is located on the third floor of a wooden building house (built in 1879) which is located on the Old Town's Special Conservation Zone, right in the centre of Viljandi and close to everything - cafés, lake and castle ruins. The house is freshly renovated and has central heating and modern ventilation but still with old details that are characteristic to Viljandi and adds a historic flutter and a little adventure.

You will have all necessary for comfortable short or long stay. Families with children will also find everything they need such as baby bed, feeding chair, stair safety barriers, toys etc.

Kick back and relax in this calm, recently finished (August 2022) cozy Saunahouse with an outdoor patio and eating area near Lake Viljandi. Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.

In the bathroom we have petrified wood sink - wonder of nature! We offer you a free parking space in the garden in case you are traveling by car. This compact, all-comfort cottage is located on the shores of a small waterfront in Kuiaru, Pärnu county, by the road Pärnu-Rakvere-Sõmeru. Pärnu’s city line is a 15-minute drive away. The house is located on the same property as our family home, but it is still private and conveniently accessible. The nearest grocery stores and petrol station are located in Selja (4 min) and Sindi (9 min).
