Super cozy house in a lovely location! Spacious with 3 bedrooms, living room, dining room, 2 modern bathrooms. Completely renovated with the charm preserved. Fully-equipped kitchen (utensils, stove, convection oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher) with cozy fireplace. Good heating in winter. In the summer, you can swim directly by the house (jetty with ladder). Possible to rent a rowboat and fish. Parking directly adjacent to the house. 12 km to Borås (15 min), 30km (25 min) to Landvetter airport, 50km to Gothenburg (40 min).

Large social areas to socialize, both inside and out. Newly built wood-fired sauna. The house is located in the forest edge and adjacent to the nature reserve on Rya Åsar. Hiking trails and barbecue areas nearby. Wonderful nature overlooking the city within walking distance. Cross-country ski trails are within 1 km of the property. 5 minutes by car from the city.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids) .The cottage is about 30 square meters and associated sauna cabin with shower, toilet, and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Great opportunities for fishing, motorboat to hire!

Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).
