Budget room-size STUDIO for 2 guests (169 sq ft) in central location but for budget price - price of a shared room or a bed in a hostel in Ocean park, simple spot to rest your head. Steps away to everything. GENERATOR, WATER TANK, FULL size bed, mini kitchen, wifi, Netflix, AC, beach chairs(no handles), towels & cooler, NO beach umbrella, bars & restaurants are literally by the corner, 5 minutes walk to Ocean park beach literally. No hot water in the SINKS, NO BLACKOUT CURTAINS, not a hotel

Beautiful apartment in Condado with beach access!

Beautiful studio apartment. Includes one queen and one twin Murphy bed. Also, the apartment has a washer/dryer. The condo features a pool, gym, tennis court, mini-market, and private beach access. The studio can be converted into two rooms with a door divider. The view from the sliding windows is of the city. Only one parking space is available with security. Great spot within walking distance of bars, restaurants, a supermarket, and ATMs. Feel free to contact me for any questions.

Cozy 2nd floor apartment at the Metropolitan Area in Rio Piedras. Near Airport (8min), Old San Juan (15min), Coliseo Miguel Agrelot (5 min), Isla Verde beach (12min. Best way to get around is by Uber or Rental.Super clean, private, fully furnished and all the essentials. One hotel like bedroom with Double bed, inverter AC, closet and bathroom.
