Beautiful penthouse with very good views.Two bedrooms with double bed, air conditioning in living room, and ceiling fans in the bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, glass, electric oven, microwave and all kinds of utensils. Wifi. Two terraces of about 13m2 each, parking space and 5 minutes from the beach. To access the apartment there is a small flight of stairs on the top floor. Pets are allowed (see house rules and cleaning fee)

Centrally located apartment with parking and pool.

Enjoy the simplicity of this quiet and central accommodation. Five minutes from the beach, optimal location and maintenance, all rooms are exterior, the windows are PVC, it has air conditioning in the living room more than enough to cool all the rooms of the apartment, it has a small covered terrace which is the most appreciated by guests. Very new beds and mattresses. Fully equipped kitchen. Access to housing very close to the parking lot.
