Cocineta equipada, cama QZ, sofá cama, jacuzzi, comedor, área de estar y estacionamiento, está ubicado al lado de el Motel Edén. Se recomienda llegar en auto. El departamento se encuentra en planta alta en un terreno en el cual habitan 2 amigables gatitas.
