NiU is our cozy little nest in Samedan, next to the top-quality cross-country ski trails and all the famous ski slopes of the St. Moritz area. With two fully equipped desks, it’s the perfect spot for a longer stay and the ideal workstation. Supermarkets and ski rentals are within walking distance. We’re happy to let others use it when we’re not around, embracing the true spirit of Airbnb. It’s easy to get here by train (5 min walk), car, or even private jet if you’re feeling fancy. 🤭

The house (Chesa) Prünella is located on the sunny Albulahang, about 15 km from St. Moritz. The apartment is very cozy, comfortable and well maintained! Free, fast internet in and around the community center in Chamues-ch.

Cozy and quiet 2.5 room basement apartment with modern cottage charm and beautiful views. 1 bedroom, 1 living room with dining area and open kitchen as well as bathroom with bathtub incl. shower wall. The apartment was partially renovated in 2019 and the bathroom and kitchen were redone in 2024.

Comfortable, cosy, cozy... the “Duschén” room. You could also say: “small but nice.” It also has a historic oven (not to be used). Associated bathroom and kitchen are also on the 3rd floor in the hallway. The “shower” room can be occupied with 1-2 people.
