Final cleaning included. 150 meters to the sea and beach with food service (open approx. week 26-34) 200-300 meters to outdoor area with outdoor gym/fallebo farm. Cabin of 100 sqm on the peninsula Stångehamn. Located 7 km south of Oskarshamn city center, in a safe summer cottage area. Private jetty in a quiet bay, a stone's throw from the outer archipelago. Several swimming areas nearby. It's 70 meters to the boat and the dock that belongs to the cottage. Ask the host if you are interested in using it during your stay. Rowing boat, canoe and bicycles are included in the rental. Motor for boat can be rented for SEK 100 per day + gasoline. Bed linens and towels can be rented for SEK 100 per guest. Note: no Wi-Fi

Cottage of 25 sqm so it is a SMALL COTTAGE. But with stunning view right by a beach! The cottage is included in a cottage area so that means neighboring cottage close. Look at pictures. 2020 new beds, closet and sink. 2022 painted rooms/ kitchen area + a new fresher sofa bed. 1.5 km to the nearest grocery store and pizzeria. It is 500 m to First Camp which is a 4 star campsite. In summer, you can shop there in a smaller grocery store. The campsite has nice baths, playground, mini golf, canoe, bike rental, restaurant.

The house is about 100 m2 on two floors and is located a stone's throw from a larger farm building in the middle of the countryside in the Småland forests. You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten. There are duvets, a wood-fired fireplace, a sauna in the forest and Doris the cat is happy to stay with you if you want to have company.

The area is called Dragskär. The "island" is connected to the mainland via a small natural pier and short bridge. Road goes all the way to the house. Here starts the marvellous east coast archipelago. From the big 20 sqm sun lounge/patio you have a direct splendid view of a small bay in the Baltic sea.

Welcome to my cozy guesthouse in Oskarshamn, near the Gotland ferry. There is a 160 cm wide bed and a sofa bed of 160 cm. Simple kitchenette with oven and stove, shower cabin and toilet with sink. Patio deck with garden furniture and parking on the driveway. WiFi and Chromecast TV are included. (no channels, only Chromecast) The laundry room is available to borrow in the hostess' house by agreement.🌸
