The cottage has 6 comfortable beds spread over three bedrooms. After a day on the slopes, you can warm up in the sauna, cozy up in front of the fireplace and enjoy the peace and quiet. Small cozy cottage in Hemfjällstangen's cottage area with proximity to cross-country ski trails, snowmobile trails and hiking trails. To Lindvallen and Kläppens ski resorts, it is about 15 minutes' drive. The cottage is 38 m2 on a shared plot with another cottage that is also rented. The cottage accommodates: One bedroom with two single beds. A living room with kitchen, dining area, fireplace and TV corner (sofa bed that in the bedded position is 140 cm wide). The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. Bathroom with toilet and shower.

The lower floor contains two bedrooms, one with a double bed of 160 cm and the other bedroom two bunk beds of 90 cm each with storage underneath and in a chest of drawers. In the hall, there is a drying cabinet and in the toilet next to it, there is a washing machine and dryer as well as a spacious sauna.

There's a free ski bus nearby and access to beautiful cross-country and snow scooter tracks just by the house. The slopes, supermarkets etc. are just a 5-minute drive. Local restaurants within a 15-minute walk. Please note that cleaning is only included during Christmas, New Year, W6,W7,W8, W9. Cleaning and bed linnen can be requested anytime.
