In the living room there is a double wardrobe, a 90 cm wide single bed, and a 1.50 m wide double sofa bed, the TV and the air conditioning unit. From the living room you access the bathroom, the bedroom or the terrace. The bathroom has a washing machine, shower column, and hair dryer. The bedroom has a 1.80 m wide double bed, two bedside tables and a large closet with a mirrored door where the safe, iron and ironing board are located. The terrace is equipped with a table and a set of armchairs for four people. On the terrace there is also a closet with beach accesories, chairs, towels, umbrella and beach game for kids. "Punta Xata" in its privileged position right on the seafront, has incredible sea views. The larger terrace is ideal for sunbathing, eating outside and enjoying the sunset. The smaller one is perfect for breakfast and watching the sunrise. The main bedroom is very romantic with a round bath for sharing and sea views. There is a quiet communal area, with a pool. Ideal for couples and families. Easy access to beaches in 2 minutes and the promenade in 15. Wi-Fi and private parking.

Apartment in 1st line of very bright sea with swimming pool, parking and community garden. Great terrace with ocean views. Fully renovated and equipped. Air conditioning in the living room and hallway of the rooms. Located on the same waterfront. Basic amenities in the vicinity. The port of Cambrils can be reached by the pedestrian promenade (3 km). It does not have an elevator. In summer we do not usually accept stays of less than 4 nights (check before requesting a reservation).

It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them complete with a bathtub. A spacious living room, with a sofa bed for one person, a fully equipped separate kitchen. Spectacular pool with slide and hammocks. A 10-minute walk to the beach. Very close to Port Aventura.
