Apartamento cómodo para familias, parejas o amigos, con 2 habitaciones y sofá cama, ideal como base para explorar la zona. Apartamento muy luminoso y acogedor, pensado para que vuestra estancia sea lo más cómoda posible. Dispone de vistas al pueblo y se encuentra en una zona tranquila y poco ruidosa, ideal para descansar. Después de un largo día, relájate en el salón con aire acondicionado o prepara la cena en la cocina totalmente equipada. Está totalmente equipado, con sábanas y toallas incluidas, para que no tengáis que preocuparos de nada. Las habitaciones cuentan con amplios armarios, con espacio de sobra para guardar todas vuestras pertenencias. Hay radiadores en todas las estancias para no pasar frío en invierno y aire acondicionado en el comedor; en verano es un piso fresco y poco caluroso. El apartamento está totalmente equipado para que disfrutes de una estancia cómoda y sin preocupaciones: encontrarás toallas, ropa de cama, gel de ducha, secador de pelo, lavadora y una cocina con todos los utensilios básicos para el día a día. Dispones también de cafetera Dolce Gusto con cápsulas incluidas, para que puedas empezar el día con un buen café. Según la duración de la estancia, puedes solicitar servicio de limpieza extra, así como early check-in o late check-out, siempre bajo disponibilidad. No hay zonas comunes dentro del apartamento; lo único compartido con otros huéspedes es la escalera de acceso y el pasillo interior. Se tiene que pagar la tasa turística de 1€ por persona por día en efectivo al llegar al apartamento (excepto menores de 16 años). 1,75 a partir del 1 de Abril de 2026. El acceso al apartamento se puede hacer a cualquier hora a partir de las 13:00 del mediodía gracias al sistema de caja de llaves con código. Siempre damos la información sobre cómo coger las llaves y mandamos el código el día antes o mismo día de la entrada del cliente.

The barn has a dining room with a black kitchen, a room with a double bed, a loft with two beds and a sofa bed in the living room. It also has double shower with window to be able to admire nature while showering. Fireplace, swimming pool and river. And a setting with a monumental complex made up of a Romanesque church with a crypt, a modernist cemetery and an Iberian town 5 minutes away. Spectacular! A rural restaurant is 5 minutes away, and the town/city with all the supermarkets and restaurants is 10 minutes away!

This fully restored 16th-century tower hosts up to 6 guests (4 adults in two double rooms and 1 adult or 2 children on the sofa bed). It has top-quality finishes, a garden in the old Viña de la Era, trenches to visit, an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, football field, pickleball court and trampolines.
