Our cottage is located directly on the lakeside, consists of 3 apartments and 2 add. rooms to rent (i.e. for children). The spacious lakefront property is a place of adventure and relaxation as well as an oasis for swimming, sunbathing and simply unwind - the contrast to crowded lakes. House and garden are well secured and only separated by an access road. Additionally: steam bath, playground, barbecue, fire pit, picnic tables, 2 rowing boats, washing machine, dryer and rooms with terraces.

A modern bedroom features a spacious bed with white linens, accented by dark throw pillows. Soft lighting is provided by wall-mounted lamps on either side. Natural light filters through a window dressed with sheer curtains, contributing to a bright and calming ambiance.

It is only 5 km from the A2 in Modriach, in the beautiful West Styria. Absolutely no noise from cars or anything else. There are currently great tobogganing opportunities! Shopping facilities are available in the town of Edelschrott, 15 km away, or in the town of Hirschegg.

Full day, no matter what season. Absolutely no noise from cars, construction sites or anything else. Wifi !!
