Belle villa avec piscine jacuzzi et brasero

Villa fonctionnelle agréable à vivre avec 6 chambres et 3 salles de bains . Elle possède une piscine non chauffée (ouverte du 30/04 au 01/10), un jaccuzzi chauffé toute l’année, un brasero (interdit du 01/06 au 30/09) , une balançoire et espace pétanque. Cheminée pour l’hiver. TV du logement dans chambre RDC. Nous demandons respecter le calme car située dans un lotissement avec un voisinage très calme . Pas de musique en extérieur. Tous commerces sur Salernes Marché le mercredi et dimanche.

Pas de hausse de tarif pour 2025. Le logement est proche de la mer, des restaurants, des commerces, des plages. Il est neuf et indépendant du logement principal. Son confort: télé ,cuisine ,douche ,climatisation ,wifi (fibre) ,jardin , pergola et barbecue à gaz, piscine partagée et 2 vélos électriques à la location. Il est idéal aussi bien pour un couple , une famille . Le logement est situé prés de la gare SNCF et de la Voie Ferrée
