Our trulli are close to Martina Franca, Locorotondo and Alberobello (8 km). The whole guest house called "il Colle del noce" is composed of two houses: "Ulivo" and "Ciliegio", which can be rent individually as from this announcement. You can also rent them both from "trulli il Colle del noce+piscina" announcement. The sea is 30 km from our place. The rental is fantastic for families and groups. You'll love my trulli for the beautiful pool and garden, where you'll relax between the olives trees.

Rural house, pajara, just renovated in the countryside, inside a 10thousand mq olive tree grove with abreath-taking panorama. Nicely furnished,full equipped with air condition, a big outside private pool with hydromassage ( 3.5x11 m) and kitchen area with accessories. The pool is independent, heated all day and night ( 24-28 degrees) and just for the house, the only structure situated in the villa. The wifi is very good also for working inside the house. La casa si trova in una zona tranquilla circondata da giardini che danno l’impressione di trovarsi in campagna anche se il centro storico si trova a pochi passi. Casa adatta anche a lunghi soggiorni, dotata di ogni comfort per il lavoro a distanza: wifi, postazione di lavoro, caminetto, riscaldamento autonomo. Dal fascino antico e il comfort moderno, arredata con mobili di famiglia, in un angolo appartato del centro storico. Le stanze sono ampie e con soffitti particolari, detti "a stella", tipici dell'architettura antica. Le scale interne sono ripide. Non adatta a chi ha difficoltà motorie e, per le sue peculiarità, a gruppi di ragazzi.
