Cozy single room near the lake

Our house is a three-generation house. On each floor is an apartment which is occupied by friendly people. Every now and then it gets a little hectic because of the kids. It is located in Hard/Vorarlberg about 300 m as the crow flies from Lake Constance. The paths to the bakery, the ice cream parlor, the beach, various restaurants, the bus stop, ... can be reached in less than 5 minutes. The nearest grocery store is a 10-minute walk. Every Wednesday there is a market in the town center.

Seemomente Apartment directly on Lake Constance

This FW with a large garden and fantastic views is located directly on the shore of Lake Harder and is available again for our guests after own use. It offers relaxing days for peace seekers as well as various activities for sports enthusiasts. In the immediate vicinity is the lido (newly built in 2024), the mini-golf course, a boat rental, a skating rink and the possibility for SUP. Due to its location in the "border triangle", this is the perfect starting point for cycling and hiking.

An open and spacious living area features modern black seating arrangements accompanied by a wooden coffee table. A dining table with ample seating is visible, and framed artwork adorns the walls, contributing to the comfortable environment.

Cosy cottage at the lake of Constance

Located 70 m to the lake and 200 m to the next beach, the Casa Calvin offers 90 sqm space, including a huge living room, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, an amazing garden and a fireplace. The cozy house is modernly equipped and very spacious. If needed (if you are more than 8 people) you can rent the adjacent granny- flat for additional 2 people on top with about 25 sqm. The house is ideal for couples or families, for business trips as well as for trips in a group or with pets.

The lake is in the immediate vicinity, its natural shore is a 2-minute walk away and invites you to swim. The romantic medieval town of Stein am Rhein can be reached on foot via an idyllic path along the lake. During the winter months, underfloor heating provides cozy warmth and atmosphere.

Nice little house

The cottage was completely newly renovated 2 years ago and is located in idyllic Schnürpflingen. Very private with separate entrance. A small terrace is located behind the cottage. There is a small swimming lake nearby and large forests with many forest and hiking trails. A bakery and a beverage market are nearby and within walking distance. The closest supermarket is 3 km away.

A bright sleeping area features two beds with light bedding and colorful accents, complemented by a cozy seating area. A small round table and modern chairs are positioned nearby. Large windows invite natural light and offer views of the outdoors, framed by light curtains.
