Very big penthouse apartment on the top 2 floors in Leme Bedje beach front condominium, just next to the windsurfing spot at Ion Club and Angulo surf centre. The apartment has a bedroom on the top floor with 2 single beds( which are usually put together). on the bottom floor there is the bathroom, kitchen, dining area and the living area with two sofas, that are perfectly comfortable single beds and the balcony. The whole apartment is one big open loft space. There is an aircon in the bedroom.

A vibrant outdoor dining area is featured, adorned with hanging lights. A white table is set with colorful tableware, and lush greenery provides a natural backdrop. Comfortable seating aligns along the walls, enhancing the inviting atmosphere of the space.

Het luxe appartement met sfeervolle tuin is zeer smaakvol ingericht en bevindt zich midden in het centrum van Santa Maria en op slechts 150 m van het strand! Het nieuwe appartementen complex: Santa Maria Residence heeft een moderne uitstraling, 2 liften en een rooftop pool! Vanaf het dakterras heb je een 360 view over de stad, de zee en het strand. Een unicum!

Die Wohnung Orchidea befindet sich in 1. Meereslinie, im 1.Stockwerk eines Wohngebäudes und hat eine Aussicht auf den Strand und Meer. Leider befindet sich seitlich der Unterkunft eine akuelle Baustelle . Kostenfreies Wifi verfügbar. Das Wohngebäude liegt in einer sicheren Wohngegen. Ein Auto brauch man nicht um hier zu leben. Der Strand ist 50 Meter, die nächste Bar/Restaurant 80 Meter, 200 Meter Scooter- und Fahrradverleih, Minimarket 20 Meter, der Zentrum 500 Meter vom Haus entfernt.

The apartment is located in the beach front residence Porto Antigo 2 with an amazing view over the Santa Maria Beach. From the balcony you can see the pier which is a great attraction on the island. But you don't just have sea view only - you are right in front of the beach. The residence itself is also very close to the town center with one parallel street between. So you have beach and island life with bars and restaurants well combined.

A private terrace showcases two green lounge chairs and a circular dining table with four chairs. The space is shaded by a roof, allowing for relaxation. A view of the surrounding buildings and streets is visible beyond the railing.
