This private rental villa with a hot spring is 1km away from Naruko Gorge, known as a famous spot for autumn leaves. The accommodation fee is a flat rate for up to 5 people (* There is an additional charge for more than 6 people), and there is a 5-10% last-minute discount for bookings made from 14 days before arrival to the day of arrival. The concept of this rental villa is for families to enjoy a relaxing stay, and except during the winter, you can also enjoy BBQs and fires in the garden surrounded by greenery. There are many hiking trails and sightseeing spots rich in nature in the four seasons, and it is recommended as a base for sightseeing with good access to Yamagata, Akita, and southern Iwate prefectures. We offer a discount on accommodation fees for the day before holidays compared to weekdays, and we give priority to guests living in Japan for bookings made at least 14 days before arrival. Please understand! We want our guests to use our important facilities with care, so we don't allow Chinese guests to stay because of repeated house rule violations. In addition, for groups of people in their 20s, we only accept reservations from guests who promise to ① treat the villa with respect and leave it clean, and ② ensure that all members of the group will follow the house rules, including the smoking ban.

It is only a 10-minute drive to Ginzan Onsen.You can enjoy a homey atmosphere with a renovated 100-year-old warehouse. All of the warehouse spaces are private spaces for guests, so you can relax and stay. We also provide a free bathing ticket for the nearby Tokurako "Hanagasa-no-Yu" hot spring, so you can also go to the hot spring slowly.(5 ~ 8 minutes by car from private lodging) The price of your stay includes a simple breakfast and dinner.(If you don't need food, let me know in advance and the price will be lower) The main house next door is a cafe run by its own company (Sweet House Cafe). Opening time: 11:00 - 18:00 (Closed every Thursday) Dinner is served at the cafe; breakfast is in the refrigerator in the room, so you can eat slowly in the room. It is a 10-minute drive to Ginzan Onsen and 20 minutes to Oishida Station. If you can come by mass transportation, take the "Ginzan Line" bound for Ginzan Onsen from Oishida Station, get off at the "Tsurumawa" bus stop, and arrive at the private lodging in 3 minutes on foot.
