Our 24 m2 studio is located in the heart of Rochefort, a 10-minute walk from the thermal baths, a few meters from Place Colbert and the Corderie Royale. On the ground floor, very quiet, although the studio overlooks the street. It consists of a kitchen with small dishwasher, induction stove, toaster, kettle, Nespresso, fridge with separate freezer compartment. The bed (160 x 200) is separated from the rest of the room by a decorative partition. Wi-Fi. Completely renovated in 2020

Completely refurbished apartment. Spacious and bright in a very quiet residence and area for up to 4 people. 2 bedrooms with 160 x 200 queen size beds, separate toilet, shower room, living room, fully equipped kitchen, oven, microwave, dishwasher and high table. Parking space included with the accommodation. 20 min walk to the city center, 8 min drive to the train station, 30 min to the beach. Bonus: A regional cake and a beer are offered to welcome you.

Very well located, ideal for walking and cycling (bike path at the foot), close to the village of Saint-Trojan and the thalassotherapy center. Discover our apartment located in the heart of downtown Royan and 200 meters from its main beach and port. It is located on the 1st floor (with elevator) of a small residence located on the main square of Royan with its many shops. The apartment was fully renovated in the spring of 2024. All amenities are brand new. It is fully air-conditioned, and decorated in a cozy and elegant style. Its balcony is particularly pleasant during the summer.

Beautiful apartment overlooking the sea in a charming Soulacais building. Large shared garden you can use the left side, small gate that leads to the beach from the garden. We can leave two bikes at your disposal so we can enjoy our beautiful bike paths that are close to the property. In summer, restaurants, on the right when you exit the gate, Sandaya campsite 100 m away, grocery store, bar and restaurant with ocean view)
