Maison individuelle dans un petit hameau de quelques maisons, très calme et idéalement situé entre Barbezieux (à 13km), Jonzac (16km), Pons (24km), Cognac (22km), Angoulême (46km), Saintes (44km). Le logement a été récemment rénové, l'intérieur de la maison est nickel mais la façade est en prévision d'aménagement. Nous habitons dans le même hameau, et sommes disponibles pour assistance si nécessaire en cas d'urgence.
