Le logement a été construit en 2020. Il est complètement indépendant. Cette petite maison propose une cour extérieur, une cuisine équipée, un salon avec canapé convertible (160 cm) et une télé. Chambre avec dressing et un lit en 160 cm. Salle de douche avec double vasque, douche et toilettes. La Wifi est à disposition. Nous sommes à 10 mn en voiture d'Angers. Nous serons présent pour vous recommander les meilleurs bons plans. Le tramway, une grande surface et des stationnements sont à proximité.
