Located in an old flour mill, Studio Silhem has an excellent quiet location, just south of Limoges, close to the A20 motorway through central France and walk-able to the train station in St Germain les Belles. Bright & colourful decoration with a warm welcome. Equipped kitchen with gas hob, microwave, kettle, fridge & coffee machine. Ideal for one night stop overs on a long journey to refresh yourselves. We can accommodate all arrival times. Outdoor table & chairs plus bbq available.

And, this is an excellent base to explore from!

On the front of the main house, in the heart of the village, nothing suggests the presence of the small house. Between courtyard and garden, at the top of the stone staircase, awaits you a guesthouse overlooking a shaded garden without vis-à-vis. If the courtyard is a space for meeting and conviviality with the inhabitants of the place, the garden will allow you to enjoy a space of intimacy, a green setting with a view of the village where you can eat your meals and relax.

De glazen façade geeft een fantastisch uitzicht over de vallei. Bakker er kruidenier in het dorp. Om te onthaasten is dit de plek!

Charming little studio house.

Come and enjoy the calm of the Limousin countryside in a pleasant little studio house. The accommodation includes a kitchenette, shower room, room with a 140 bed and dining area. The small house is heated with a wood burning stove. Guests can relax on the terrace. The property has a large garden. The house is 12 km from the A20 highway and 30 minutes from Limoges. For two-wheeled travelers (bicycles, motorcycles) I have a barn to shelter them.

Need to recharge? Treat yourself to a quiet moment in our small, recently renovated, simple and friendly waterfront cabin. On-site walking trails with waterfalls and marked trails. Conveniently located 10 min from Lac des Bariousses, 15 min from Treignac and 30 min from Lake Vassivière; you can enjoy on site tennis activities, a walk in the forest or along the river at no extra cost. You can also fish on the pond.
