Sologne of the "Bontens" ponds

Adjacent to our main house, this small house, typically Solognote, has been renovated by us. Its entrance is protected by a veranda. It consists of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe and a bathroom with shower. The entrance to the house on the street is independent of ours, a private garage is available. Dog accepted, clean, (12 kg max), on request, subject to conditions, only one pet allowed.

The kitchen features modern cabinetry and an open layout. Stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, and dishwasher, are present. A coffee maker and a kettle are also visible. The countertop is finished with a sleek texture, complemented by a small plant in a decorative bowl.

Charming townhouse completely renovated, located on a quiet street 300 meters from the river (Cher) and 600 meters from the castle. Convenience stores are within a short walking distance. Every Thursday there is a large market with local products. Located in the heart of a tourist region between zoo (15 min from Beauval Zoo) and castles (Cheverny, Chenonceau, Chambord...). The Flanders gîte is ideal for spending good times with family.
