Grand marché méditerranéen à 10mn au nord et plage à 15mn au sud. Petit STUDIO très bien équipée avec entrée et parking privé dans une grande Propriété avec piscine et jacuzzi chauffés du 15 avril au 30 octobre . La piscine extérieur et jacuzzi ainsi que le jardin sont partagés mais assez grand pour profiter chacun son espace de tranquillité . Je vis dans la bastide principale . Petit studio sans prétention de 20 m2 en rez-de-jardin d'une villa que nous occupons. Totalement indépendant, il donne sur une terrasse avec petit jardin, vue panoramique sur Nice. Proche de l'autoroute, à 20 minutes de la plage en voiture, et 30 mn du centre ville par les transports en commun, il est situé dans un quartier très calme. Cuisine avec réfrigérateur, four, plaques électriques, cafetière, micro-ondes. Lit double et armoire. Salle d'eau (douche et lavabo) et WC indépendants.

Lovely loft in town center. Located on the ground floor, very quiet, 5 minutes from the station and 10 minutes from Avenue Jean Médecin on foot. Suitable for 2 people or a couple with 1 child (sofa bed for 1 person). High ceilings, exposed beams, old bricks and cement tiles. Recently renovated. Facilities include a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and coffee machine, plus a washer-dryer in a dressing area. Chic and contemporary!
