With easy access (4 min from A20 exit 23), 10 min from all amenities, you are also 25 min from Limoges, 1 hr from Poitiers, 1.5 hr from Angoulême, 2 hr from Clermont-Ferrand, 2 hr 40 min from Bordeaux, 2 hr 50 min from La Rochelle, Royan, 3 hr from Paris.

This small house is located 5 minutes from the A20, 10 km from Argenton-sur-Creuse, 10 km from Saint-Benoît-du-Sault, 14 km from Eguzon: you can easily discover this beautiful region. Please note, the house does not have Wi-Fi and the phone network is not very good: you will therefore be forced to relax, rest and enjoy nature! In winter, heating is only by wood-burning stove. You can sit in the armchairs, nice and warm.

The cottages of the old orchard, cottage 2 people located to the left of the farm, with a porch and an individual entrance door. A private terrace with a hot tub (closed from Oct 06 to April 10) and a garden furniture allow sunbathing, accessed by crossing the courtyard. A barbecue is provided, allowing you to eat outdoors and enjoy the beautiful summer evenings. We also provide products for your breakfast.
