Charm, simplicity, comfort, in 20 m2 of independence. For globetrotters: coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, griddle, fridge, dishes. No stove or oven. Small wooden terrace overlooking the garden. And the silence. In the quiet of a village, with fields, bike path, forest, sandy beach, sunsets all nearby... 800 meters from the beaches and the port of Cotinière, in a small typical Oleron alley, between an old well and its hollyhocks, is a small donkey farm renovated into a guest room with its bathroom and private patio. La Cotinière on foot through fields, bike paths from 300 meters, the stop for our "special beach" summer shuttle 200 meters away. Quiet, the donkey farm is a nice starting point for discovering the island.
