Charming family house at the gates of the Parc des Ecrins and 2 km from the lake. On the heights of Valbonnais: Place known as Péchal, cradle of my childhood, you will enjoy the calm of beautiful hikes in a magnificent setting This house is being renovated, which is why I'm adding the photos little by little but it will be ready for this summer! 80 m2 house with private closed garage and 250 m2 land (access by stairs), 3 bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and toilet.
