The house is a traditional Normandy longhouse, made of granite, wood and tile. There are 185 square meters of indoor space. The farmhouse has been sensitively restored using traditional materials. La Pichardiere sits in the heart of the Normandy countryside far away from busy traffic in a secluded two acre garden set in a corner of a regional park (equivalent to a National Park in UK) -- It is a place to escape from city life! I love its peacefulness and the presence of the natural world.

Charming studio on the farm

The farm dates from 1640, it has experienced the revolution and the wars. We have completely restored it, from floor to ceiling. At the meeting, calm, relaxing, the crowing of the rooster accompanied by his chickens. You can observe the sheep through the window or have a picnic next to the goats. Outdoor games, board games, books are available. Upon arrival the bed will be made, towels available. 1 extra bed ideal for 1 child (upon request) new main bedding.

Our old bakery is part of our farmhouse. On the ground floor, it is equipped with an equipped kitchen and a shower room with toilet. Upstairs, an attic bedroom has 3 separate beds. Outside, our guests have access to a private terrace with garden furniture. For breakfast, we offer bread made on the farm from cereals grown by us.
