We have created modern accommodation but kept the character of the barn with its original oak beams and stone. Located on the Normandy/Loire border in a rural location offering couples a quiet escape to the countryside. Self catered, but your choice of our breakfast option. Centrally based for guests to visit the many medieval towns, markets, walks and attractions within the region.

L'appartement " Auprès de mon arbre" au premier et dernier étage d’une maison en pierre, est situé dans le centre de Pontmain, à 150 mètres à pieds de la basilique et de la grange de l’apparition. Vous y bénéficierez d'un parking privé et d’une petite cour en graviers avec un arbre centenaire magnifique ! Ce logement est équipé, confortable, calme et à proximité des commerces (Epicerie, boulangerie, restaurants...) et de la forêt où se trouvent de jolis chemins de balades et/ou randonnées .

Ce charmant cottage est un véritable havre de paix pour les amoureux du calme et de la verdure à 5’ du sanctuaire de Pontmain et 20’ de Fougères. RDC : salle à manger et cuisine avec poêles à bois, salle de jeux (billard) avec mezzanine (lit 160), buanderie (lave-linge), salle de douche et WC. Petit bureau avec mezzanine (lit 80). Étage : 3 chambres et salle de bain avec douche et WC. Spa accessible de juin à septembre (supplément de 70€), trampoline, balançoire et cabane dans les arbres.

Détendez-vous dans ce lieu unique et tranquille, profitez d'une vue imprenable sur les champs, du soleil du matin, de l'ombre des arbres et le soir du coucher de soleil. Vous retrouverez à l'intérieur une maison confortable à la décoration chaleureuse et personnalisée. Beau temps ou mauvais temps vous serez toujours bien. Si vous voulez quand même prendre la route pour la journée, en un peu plus d'une heure vous serez au Mont Saint Michel à Rennes ou à Granville et en 1H30 à Saint Malo

Cute little house in the town

Relax at this unique and cute little house. Situated in the town yet still in a peaceful location with lovely views from the garden. A very short walk to all the local amenities including a bakery, bar, restaurant and pharmacy. There is also clog museum situated next door if you want to make your own wooden shoes. Turn left out the house and you are on a nice country walk. The lake is a short walk away with childrens park and fishing. Parking next to the house in front of the mini golf.

Le Moulin de la Vallais

Relax at this enchanting riverside house that was the bakery many years ago. Lovely views all around the house and isolated so you can sit in the garden and listen to the river but know that you are five minutes from St Hilaire du harcouet. The river is next to the property with a large patio area to relax in and a lovely place for walks. There is also fishing sites just outside the property. See on line for fishing restrictions. It is also 30 minutes from Mont Saint Michel.

My secluded cottage lies in the countryside of Normandy on a completely private terrain of, 8000m2 with an own driveway. The remote house sits alone in the hills with no neighbors and has a garden with cherry, apple and walnut trees. Explore the lush green grasslands and charming French hamlets right from the driveway. The house is within easy reach of the Normandy beaches, national parks, castles and medieval cities. A basic retreat for lovers of nature and peace.

Ce logement paisible offre un séjour détente pour toute la famille avec une véranda avec accès direct sur une pelouse ombragée. Cet endroit est également un bonheur pour les randonneurs (marche et VTT). Le gîte est à 20 kms de Fougères et à 1 heure de Rennes et à 45 min du Mont st Michel et 1 h de St Malo et Cancale. Discover the Mayenne countryside, the city of Fougères and its fabulous Château, Laval, Vitré, Rennes, Mont Saint Michel, Saint Malo, Granville, ... The house is surrounded by nature, quiet without any nuisance and we live in the house next door. You will have a kitchen, dining room, living room on the ground floor as well as a toilet and a bathroom. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms (2 with 160 bed and 2 with 2 beds 90), a bathroom and a toilet.

Située à Chailland dans une petite cité de caractère petite maison en pleine campagne avec une vue sur la vallée, (pas de route à proximité), chemins pédestres à quelques pas, moulin, rivière, animaux (chevaux, poneys...), vraiment reposant, calme et tranquillité assurés! Le but de cette location est de vous faire découvrir et vous faire profiter de notre magnifique campagne! Idéal pour décompresser et déstresser!! alors à bientôt!!
