Located in lower-Normandy, a stone's throw away from the Parc Naturel du Perche, our family house invites you to a relaxing and cozy stay. 5 minutes drive to Le Mêle sur Sarthe, 20 minutes to Alencon (to the West) and Mortagne au Perche (to the East), via the N12 road. All shopping and grocery facilities closeby, plus tons of local producers, butchers, cider-makers and of course, camembert, neufchatel and pont-l'eveque cheeses! Enjoy forest walks, horse-riding, sightseeing... or simply relax.

Facing a body of water, on the edge of the Perseigne forest (Alençon 7 km), a little bucolic corner to escape daily stress. You will be alone to enjoy the space, feeling of freedom, communion with nature. There is enough space for 4 people and their animals to feel good there. There is a dedicated space for working with an excellent fiber connection. Walks in the forest. Golf and water sports center 10 minutes away. Trail tracks. Horseback riding and canoeing possible in nearby clubs.

A few steps from the greenway, this studio is ideal for stopping during a hike, bike ride or horseback ride.

Cottage in the center of Sées, 300 m from the town hall and the cathedral. Rental by the night or short stay. In the summer, the pool is accessible to guests, as well as the garden (pool and garden are shared with the owner). The cottage is adjoining our house but access to the cottage is direct from the street.

A peaceful oasis in the middle of Parc du Perche

In the Perche Regional Park, next to La Perrière, we found our haven of peace and happiness, in perfect harmony with the beautiful nature of these places. The guest house is in the garden, just across the main house where we live all year round, surrounded by meadows, forest and Percheron horses.
