Beautiful modern and functional villa not overlooked, located at the foot of the Pyrenees, with stunning views of the Pic du Midi de Bigorre. This 145 m2 house offers large south-facing openings, 100 m2 wooden terrace, HOT TUB (New and disinfected water at each rotation), plancha and barbecue. 2500 m2 unfenced wooded park. Charming house by the Adour

Come and dream at the edge of the Adour, Watercourse that attracts many fishermen and to which you have direct and private access. 22 km from Mongia where you can discover and visit the Pic Du Midi and its observatory. The Col du Tourmalet as well as the mythical passes of the Tour de France. Some years we are lucky to see it passing by. 5 km to the thermal cures of Bagnères de Bigorre and Aquensis Spa Thermal. House located 10 min. from the A64: Montréjeau, Lannemezan. 1 hour from Toulouse and Pau, direct access to Spain, Lourdes Very comfortable house with: Living room: fully equipped kitchen and pantry with island, dining room and living room . 2 bedrooms including a parent (bed in 160) 1 desk with possibility of sleeping in 140 Bathroom with Italian shower and separate toilet. Large garden with heated pool, equipped terrace and my locals (cat and chickens) will welcome you.
