Formerly a newly renovated priory, the farmhouse is surrounded by 2 hectares of park and vineyards. Bicentennial trees, a waterwheel, a pine forest and an orchard will charm you. Our family lives on the property (Our house is located at the north end of the building) the tenants live at the south end of the building. As a result, parties and (loud) music are prohibited.

Our 30 m² studio offers a hanging bed and a terrace with private jacuzzi accessible all year round, not overlooked, which you can enjoy in complete privacy This cozy and warm room will be ideal for a romantic night or for a relaxing break in a very personal and original decor. Old Farmhouse with pool & garden

This farmhouse from 1610, 1 minute away from Sommières by car. You will be in a peaceful setting with no street noise and a 9x4m pool to cool yourself on hot summer days. The garden goes down to the river where one can go fishing. From certain spots you can see the Chapelle Saint Julien from the XIth century as well as the château de Sommières. There is a brasero and a pizza oven outside to enjoy time together outside.

Located in Sussargues in Hérault, in the heart of the vineyards and the Garrigues, 25 minutes from Montpellier and the beach, in a small village with all amenities, this studio will make you travel thanks to its decoration.
