L’été: Pour les adeptes de rafting ou kayak sur la rivière Mistassibi ou de randonnée qui longent la rivière. Accès à de petites baies pour se baigner ou admirer les rapides. L’hiver: Profitez des sentiers de raquettes. Près des sentiers de motoneige la Passerelle du 49e parallèle.

Beautiful small cottage along the shoreline of the Ticouapé River, which is located at the mouth of Lac St-Jean. Peaceful place to observe wildlife and enjoy nature. The cottage provides direct access to the river for canoeing and kayaking. NO Wi-Fi and TV Access to the water does not allow swimming, or rather we do not recommend it, because the site is swampy and the water level varies according to that of Lac St-Jean. The chalet is only 8 km from downtown Saint-Félicien.

The family refuge

The lake is perfect for swimming, water sports, and fishing. Federated and non-federated mountain bike and snowmobile trails are accessible near the chalet. Chalet in the heart of the forest - St-Prime. Lac St-Jean

You will have access to the 5 km of trails of our wooded lot as well as 2 km of the Iroquois River that crisscross our lot. We will be on site to welcome you. You can use our washer and dryer if needed. Water, shower, gas stove and electric fridge, queen size bed. The bed is on the mezzanine. Note: For the winter season, there will be no running water. I will bring you clean water for the toilet, shower and drinking. Ideal for 2 people.

Lac Saint-Jean and Saguenay are located nearby if you want to discover our beautiful region. It is a quiet resort area where motor boats are prohibited. You can swim there, paddleboard (1) or kayak (2) small boat with electric motor, the little coquet Grocery store and butcher shop nearby.

Chalet rustique situé directement sur le bord de la rivière aux Rats. En pleine nature, sans voisin à proximité, l’endroit est idéal pour un séjour paisible. Le chalet comprend une chambre avec un lit double et un futon dans le salon, idéal pour 2 ou 3 personnes. Le chalet est situé à 5 minutes du centre-ville de Dolbeau. Un lieu simple, calme et confortable pour profiter d'une visite dans le secteur.
