Charming 42 m2 completely refurbished accommodation located on the ground floor of our house close to the city center. It includes an entrance corridor, a bathroom with walk-in shower, a large living room with equipped kitchen dining area and living room all with exposed beams, as well as a large bedroom. The accommodation is located, on foot, 3 minutes from a supermarket, 5 minutes from the city center, and 5 minutes from the Sainte Bernadette hunt. Free parking in front of the accommodation.

Nice 27 m2 duplex, completely renovated, mixing modern and old. Built in the 16th century on the banks of the Loire, the Manoir de Thiot and its outbuildings stand in a peaceful and green country setting. Just minutes from Nevers, the 3 ha estate is a beautiful vestige of a part of Burgundian history that we took care to restore in 2020. It is decorated with a large heated pool from the end of April to the beginning of October (if night temperatures exceed 10°), as well as a beautiful garden.
