Downstairs, living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, dining area, one bedroom with separate toilet and bathroom. Upstairs is a bedroom with two single beds and a master suite. You will be greeted by Guy and Elisabeth who live on the estate. You will find dairy products (milk, butter, cheese, cream, cottage cheese) in the neighboring farm.

Ideally located 10 minutes from Lake Bariousses, 15 minutes from Treignac and 30 minutes from Lake Vassivière; you can enjoy on-site tennis activities, walks in the forest or along the river, at no extra cost. You can also fish in the pond (hours and rates on carpodrome.fr).

The recently renovated detached cottage is located in the hamlet of Samis in the heart of Millevaches in Limousin. The living room has an angled sofa and a single unfolding bed for children if required. Lakes' St Helene and Vassivière and the local Plage on The River Maulde have small beaches. Local towns of Eymoutiers, Peyrat le Chateaux and Bujaleuf are all approx. 8km.
