Beautiful duplex in Cambes-en-Plaine, 10 minutes from Caen, 15 minutes from the sea and 5 minutes from the CHU. The accommodation is new, located on the 1st floor of a quiet residence. On the ground floor, an entrance leads to a living room – dining room, kitchen, toilet and the staircase to access the floor where there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a washing machine. The apartment has a beautiful terrace with garden furniture. Free parking is available at the bottom of the residence.
