L'Annexe is a comfortable, cosy and romantic cottage situated on the edge of the scenic village of Mons, right on a walking trail that leads to the Gorges d'Héric or up the Caroux mountain. It's 10 minute walk down to heart of the village where there are several restaurants, a café, a grocery store, tourism office and a weekly market. From the Kitchen-living space you have direct access to the paved patio under the vines and kiwi tree. The shared, unheated pool is open from April till October.

A wooden terrace features a hammock, two reclining lounge chairs, and several potted plants. The area is partially shaded, with a view of the surrounding landscape and nearby hillside. Sliding glass doors lead into the interior space.

Under our timber-framed house, we rent out a 25m² studio with a private 12m² terrace, a picnic table with a parasol, and an electric plancha. The accommodation was built in 2019. . Enjoy a magnificent view of the valley, the Orb River, and the mountains. Beautiful very comfortable house for 2 people, close to the Grands Buffets, Narbonne 8 minutes by car. Reversible air conditioning, 2 seater sofa, TV, wi-fi, equipped kitchen. Large bedroom, 160 x 200 bed, bathroom with walk-in shower, wc, washing machine. Bed linens and towels are provided. Free parking in front of the house. Terrace overlooking the pond of Bages. Bike location. Very clean space, make it clean when you leave. Dogs will be allowed, if added to your reservation.
