Only a short drive to local amenities , such as bakeries, Italian restaurants, super market & sites of interest, as seen in our pictures.

The Cordouen mill is located in the heart of a pretty valley, by the Mayenne River. Idyllic setting and completely restored in 2021, it will charm you with its location in the middle of nature and its high-end amenities such as the Nordic bath, sauna and jet shower. It is very spacious with a living room and open kitchen, 4 beautifully decorated bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. 2 terraces with garden furniture. Very well-equipped, Ideal for recharging your batteries with family or friends.

Small, charming and comfortable cottage at foot of a river and the forest, in a stud farm, in an estate that once belonged to a painter whose 19th century workshop remains attached to the castle. 10 minutes from the city center of Alençon and on the edge of the Ecouves forest, you are in peaceful nature to rest and recharge your batteries. Many walks, at 1km or less, a climbing spot, a trail course by bike and running, fitness trail. Pony club on place.
