Very nice view for this independent house (with private entrance and parking) completely restored in an outbuilding of the main house. Isolated and overlooking the hamlet, this house offers the tranquility and charm of the Charolais countryside. The 100 m² accommodation includes on the ground floor: 25 m² living room, 10 m² living room with sofa bed, equipped kitchen, bathroom, toilet and terrace. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, shower room and toilet. You will have a wooded plot of about 1500 m² with 8X4 pool access.

Small independent studio in the countryside

Small studio refurbished at the end of my house. So everything is new, the bed is extremely comfy. The entrance is independent, and there is space to park your car right next door. Quiet location, with beautiful views of the Charollaise countryside. The kitchen and the bed are in the same room, the bathroom and the toilet are separate, with a separate door. Oven and fridge are installed, as well as everything you need to cook, pots, induction hob, sink, dishes, etc...

Exceptional panoramic view for this 2000s house. Great for a family with kids. Enclosed land, large south-facing terrace. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a second with 3 children's beds and a baby bed. Sheets and bathroom linens are provided. 1 bathroom. The shower room at the back of the house is private.
