Capacity for six people with three bedrooms: two doubles (one of them en suite) and one single with two beds. There is a bathroom with shower on the same floor. Burglar alarm system with photo detectors in the living room and passageways. In case of intrusion, the camera takes a burst of photos that are sent to our Alarm Centre to identify the intruder. They are not image or audio recording cameras. The viewfinder of the photodetector can be closed. On the roof terrace we have a large terrace for private use, where you can have a barbecue and enjoy the summer evenings. Two private parking spaces in the same building are included.
