L'appartamento Rosso Camelia è di nuova costruzione, accogliente e confortevole, per vacanze o brevi soggiorni. Situato in una zona tranquilla e residenziale, a pochi passi da negozi, ristoranti, bar e supermercati. Si sviluppa su un unico piano al piano terra ed è progettato per essere accessibile anche a persone con disabilità motorie. Le porte hanno una larghezza adeguata per il passaggio di carrozzine, il bagno è attrezzato con doccia a filo pavimento per consentire l'accesso con carrozzina.

Appartamento a Cordenons nuovo e centralissimo

Il mio alloggio è in una corte privata, vicinissimo alla piazza di Cordenons. La fermata del bus che porta in centro a Pordenone e in fiera è davanti all'appartamento. Finemente ristrutturato e dotato di ogni comfort. Connessione internet e Netflix. Ingresso indipendente. Disposto su un piano, non ci sono scalini. Spazio esterno per fumare. Parcheggio riservato nella corte. Soggiorno minimo 2 notti. Curo personalmente la pulizia dei locali. Eseguo make up/trucco per serate e occasioni speciali.

Monolocale Primula sui colli del Prosecco

Il monolocale Primula è un’ottima soluzione per viaggiatori singoli o coppie che vogliano passare del tempo nella natura avendo a disposizione i servizi di un piccolo centro. Dispone di un letto matrimoniale, un divano( a richiesta letto) una cucina attrezzata, bagno con doccia e una zona living con caminetto , climatizzatore. Dal terrazzo si può godere di un piacevole panorama. La connessione Wi-Fi lo rende ideale per lo smartworking. Di fronte all’appartamento è disponibile un’area giochi.

Ha una posizione strategica a due passi del cuore della città e da tutti i servizi, garantendo comunque massima riservatezza e tranquillità. Dotato di WiFi, AC. È ideale per coppie. Nel raggio di 100 metri si trovano bar, ristoranti, farmacia, diversi supermercati, poste italiane, negozi, bancomat, infopoint, lavanderia a gettoni, noleggio biciclette, etc.

The apartment has its own unique style, colorful and cozy, like Venice itself :-). The place is ideal for a couple or two friends. It can also fit for a family with a child. If you come alone, ask for a special price! It is located in the most beautiful area of Venice - Mestre, Carpenedo. It takes 26 minutes by a direct tram to get to the downtown Venice from here. There is a typical Venetian mask of the sun embracing the moon in the bedroom, that´s why we called the place Sun&Moon. :)

In questo appartamento potrete trovare un ambiente luminoso con arredi moderni ,angolo cucina attrezzata di tutte le comodità , un 'ampia camera matrimoniale con letti sommier dotata di cabina armadio ed, inoltre ,un comodo divano che all'occorrenza può essere trasformato in un letto da una piazza e mezza. E' presente Wi-Fi, aria condizionata,riscaldamento autonomo e lavatrice.

Nice apartment with air conditioning, washing machine and some outside space. 100 metres from a bus stop and a shop selling fresh fruit and vegetables and everyday groceries. If you are interested in local food and wines, we can give you some advice on nearby shops and farms. Larger supermarket open 7/7 less than 10 mins away (on foot). The town's castle (on the Prosecco Hills) is a 20 mins walk away. We live close by, we speak Italian but out sons help us welcome foreign guests.
