Charming simple little house by Trollsjön!

A simple but nice house right by Trollsjön, just outside Tranås. Beautiful nature, large fenced plot (5000 sqm). Take a morning swim at your own dock and enjoy the nature. Walking distance to the city center and train station but still completely undisturbed location. The plot is shared with us, the host couple, who live in the other house. The garden is curiously guarded by our Boxer Bibi. If you bring a dog, we will of course make sure they do not disturb each other. Barbecue area on the rock, pizza oven by the lake, frisbee basket and trampoline on the property.

House in northern Småland

Rent your own log house from 1848 with newly renovated kitchen and a large terrace in the evening sun. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Here you are surrounded by forest and arable land that is used by the neighbor in the yard next door. Here you can often see the area's three cranes, deer and in the autumn when the apples are ready, the moose can also come to visit. There is the possibility of forest walks, mushroom and berry picking. On the farm live also our cat Sixten and our peaceful bees that produce the good honey of the farm.

Own beach cottage near Gränna and Tranås.

We are renting our cozy cabin by Lake Noen, in a fantastic location between Gränna and Tranås. A genuine Swedish idyll in the Småland landscape, an absolutely fantastic secluded location 350 meters from the nearest neighbor. No view, cabin with its own beach plot and boat at Lake Noen. Boat available April-October. The house includes a large terrace overlooking the lake. Evening sun from the lake to the terrace. Large lawn with plenty of room for play, barbecue and socializing. Enjoy the tranquility and rent our wood-fired hot tub.

Villa Linnea

Welcome to a fantastic social and nice house. There is room for large families or friends to cook and socialize. If you want to play golf, this is an excellent accommodation, Tranås Golf Club is a stone's throw away with a nice restaurant. Tranås has beautiful nature to stay in all year round, from Villa Linnea you have proximity to the pine forest and swimming in Lake Sommen from a common jetty. The house was newly built in the summer of 2023 and the garden is under construction, there is a generous patio in a sunny location.

Welcome to our beautiful house on the headland, with Lake Vättern as your closest neighbor. This detached house with a large garden offers about 90 sqm of living space on two floors, with open plan kitchen and living room, bathroom, and two comfortable bedrooms, with room for 4-5 people. The attached guest house offers a bedroom with bunk bed and space for 2-3 people. The guest house has its own shower and toilet. The house is modernly decorated with furniture and amenities of the highest quality. June - August is weekly rental.

The cottage is located in the Småland countryside, which means a quiet and peaceful location. Good location for day trips to Gränna-Visingsö, Glasriket, Astrid Lindgren's World and Linköping-Göta Canal. Wooden deck on the south gable with outdoor furniture for nice summer days. We have been hosts for sixteen years. You have the whole house to yourself. We want to give you a stay here, long or short, as you will remember. Many of our guests are returning. You can rent sheets and towels for SEK 75/person.

Cozy log cabin by Lake Sommen. Excellent for those of you who want to get out to the quiet and unwind from everyday stress. Quiet location with the wild nature around you. 150 meters behind the cottage is a barbecue area and a beautiful view of Lake Sommen. Nice forest areas with walking paths and hiking trails for mushroom and berry picking. Great chance to see a lot of wildlife such as deer, moose, fox and even sea eagle. 500 meters walk to the steamboat harbor, swimming area and fishing.

Farmhouses Småland

Here you live in a farmhouse surrounded by a lush garden with fruit trees and vegetable crops. The house is in an older villa area, a ten-minute walk from the city center and the same distance to the nearest swimming lake. Go for a forest hike, visit farm shops in the countryside or take a canoe trip on the nearby lake Sommen. Or take the train to Stockholm for the day. If you come by car, there is room to park and bicycles are available to borrow. A perfect location to explore Småland!

Here you live on 90 sqm shared on two floors with a private entrance and garden. You park on the grounds. Quiet and rural location with only a walk of about 10 minutes down to Tranås city center. Directly across the street there is a 4H farm where you can visit sheep, pigs, horses, rabbits, guinea pigs and chickens! Lake Sommen and nature reserves near by. Bed linens are available to rent and cleaning is included!
