A warm welcome to Hidden Valley Homestay Stakmo. Hidden Valley Homestay is located in the Village of Stakmo and is around 40 minutes drive ( 21 Kilometers ) from the city of Leh. The Famous Thiksey Monastery is just 15 minutes drive from my home and a visit to Thiksey monastery morning prayers is a must while staying here. We are around 2 Kms from Leh Airport and a little away from crowdy marketplace. Every facility is available within and around our HomeStay.

The building in which the homestay is, had been built in traditional Ladakhi style, the floors are wooden & ceiling is also made in the traditional Ladakhi style- with tree trunks. Some of the rooms have best view of the mountains specially Stok glacier. ( 6150 meters above sea level). Outside the building there is farm in which we grow green-spinach, bokchoy, brocolli, cauliflower, cabbage, potato, tomato etc. we practice organic farming since 2009.

Our Handcrafted Home is a private home situated in Choglamsar Village, a suburb of Leh in a calm residential area with plenty of greenery. We are away from the buzz in Leh but still very close with 7km to Leh. We started building this house in 2019 with the idea to create a space which feels part of the land it is built on and in harmony with the ecosystem of Ladakh. We love cooking for our guests so dinner and breakfast are included if you wish.

A cozy living area features comfortable seating arrangements with dark fabric sofas. A TV is positioned on a simple stand, while a well-lit mirror is mounted above a sleek console. Soft, neutral curtains frame the window, complementing the warm interior.

With only around one and half kilometres from Airport, apartment located at market, along with terrace view of Stok mountain, Leh palace, Tsemo, Shanti Stupa, full view of Airport, Khardongla pass etc... this place is very comfortable for two person with king size bed, but can easily sleep even six or more person... this place equipped with all kitchen accessories.... fully automatic washing machine etc... and with electric heating system .....

Farmstay with a view.

You won’t want to leave this central yet quiet farm house, located just next to tissuru stupa and just a lesiurely walk from Shanti stupa. The house has a commanding view of the whole leh town. We welcome guests/ families who prefer some local cultural experience. Perfect place of you are driving into leh and want some peace and quiet. Additionally there are Doctors on the property which sometimes is important at this high altitude place.
