Beautifull house see sight, directly on the beach

Cette maison a les pieds dans l'eau ! Toutes les pièces ont la vue sur mer. Elle dispose d'un beau jardin côté mer et côté rue. C'est une maison de famille, spacieuse, lumineuse (orientée sud) et décorée avec des meubles anciens et un peu de moderne. Clubs de voile et wake surf à 5 min. Le centre avec marché et commerces est à 5 min en vélo, et la pêche à pieds à 1km. La Rochelle une très belle ville, elle est à 15 min de la maison. 2 ch. communiquantes et 1 chambre en dépendance ds le jardin.

The Seashell Villa -Completely renovated in 2022, this 170 m2 villa on a 700 m2 plot gets its name from the architect who designed it so that its roofs resemble the shape of a seashell when viewed from the sky. Exceptional location, just one row back from the ocean, a 100 m walk to the south beach and 250 m to the north beach in a quiet cul-de-sac. The upstairs bedrooms all offer a beautiful sea view. The villa is 600 m away from shops, the market square, and just next to the cycling paths.

Very nice apartment completely renovated like a loft in a house of character. Large living room bathed in light thanks to its numerous openings allowing to take advantage of the sun rays, including a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room and a mezzanine accommodating a bed 160. A large bedroom with cupboards and shower room. A few minutes walk from downtown and on the direct axis to the island of Re. Settle down, you are at home!
