The closest lake and seaside are less than 1 km from the property, and just 3 km away you’ll find a stunning white sandy beach with crystal-clear blue waves. Meie väike armas korter asub mönusalt vaiksel tänaval bussijaama ja taksopeatuse vahetus läheduses. Kesklinnas asuvad kohvikud ja restoranid on umbes 7 minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Korter on renoveeritud täielikult 2019 aastal, 2024 värskendasime värvi seintel ning lisasime köögikapid koos kraanikausiga et oleks veelgi mugavam. Kööginurgas on veekeetja ja väike induktsioonpliit. Aias on ka kena nurgake kus sumedatel suveõhtutel istuda.

A perfect place for family or friends in the centre of the beautyful Kuressaare. Play in the large yard, have sauna or just enjoy the day on the terrace. Steps away from the restaurants and sights. Washing machine, iron, ironing board, fridge and oven make the place equipped well also for longer stays.
